Hütthaler - committed to AIM quality

It is always a great pleasure for us to serve our loyal customers. Hütthaler in Schwanenstadt, Austria, is a company we have worked for with our fullest commitment for many successful years. Our expert Markus Klampferer, is now working on the new follow-up contract from this company for the expansion of internal oxygen, nitrogen and CO2 networks for use in cutting-edge packaging machinery.

AIM sends a project manager to China and India

Our specialist know-how is in big demand in Asia. Thanks to our outstanding reputation and qualified team our Human Resources Manager Josef Göller has successfully concluded a contract with a leading German company. Under the terms agreed our employee will be project manager in China and India for the next three years.

A project with a worldwide patent – ANAStrip® plant

We take great pride in erecting the world’s first ANAStrip® plant in Germany following three years of intensive planning, and this thanks to the total commitment of our project manager Hans Perr. The project will consist of a sustainable expansion for a biogas plant. The spreading of liquid manure from animal feeding farms and biogas plant in ever-greater quantities on fields is now becoming a major problem factor, as reported in the German news magazine “Spiegel” (32/2011). The hazard is that nitrogen and phosphorous in the manure turn into poisonous nitrates and nitrites in the soil, and in turn these pollute the ground water.

AIM is to begin with the assembly work in March 2012. Planned completion will be July 2012. An additional plant is also now in planning for implementation in Germany next year. The world patented process has created a trans-continental sensation. The USA has also shown enormous interest in this important development in the interests of sustainable development – and an offer has already been made.

Our research project: ANAklär
New possibilities for treating digested sludge

Following on from the very significant stride forwards in the sustainability sector achieved with the ANAStrip® process, we are now working on the business and construction details involved in adjusting the process to the needs of sewage and water treatment plants. The advantages we are achieving in this are:

This project is supported at official level by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). We plan to establish a pilot plant as the next step in design and implementation. We have approached a number of wastewater treatment plants with interest in a partner role in this project. The project technical and business measures will be implemented with the erection of and the scientific support for the pilot plant.
We are available at all times should you have interest in or questions about our new project.
