AIM Technical Solutions GmbH is a company with a dynamic new corporate concept that emerged successfully following the insolvency of AIM Anlagenbau & Industrie-Montagen GmbH. It is a company with an immense pool of expertise and know-how, the result of 30 years of plant engineering and industrial installations achievement by AIM Anlagenbau & Industrie-Montagen. This is know-how that we are pleased to have at the service of our customers and we serve them with our fullest commitment, drive and thirst for action. What is more we are a full-service provider and through this we guarantee our customers real added value in implementing individually placed contracts. Our specialised expertise is above all in pipeline and plant assembly. We have our own production unit for apparatus, tanks and steel structures an advantage that gives us a totally flexible scope of action in covering all customer needs. AIM Anlagenbau & Industrie-Montagen GmbH has invested extensively in new machinery, expanding the administration and modernising the internal logistics over the past few years. This investment has put AIM Technical Solutions GmbH on the best footing for providing innovative and tailored solutions for customers.

The AIM team organised a workshop of a very special kind in the dramatic setting of a Postalm high Alpine chalet on 26 February. Simply getting to the chalet through deep snow was an adventure and part of the strategy that workshop organiser Herbert Mailinger (WLO – World Life Organisation) presented, for finding ways to the heights together. The alignment of this workshop was particularly important to CEO Martin Hubweber. His aim was to provide his team with a platform where each employee had the opportunity to express wishes and concerns following the difficult months of the company insolvency and to create new motivation and strength out of this. The strengthening of trust in the team and the company was another success factor that emerged from this remarkable event, ensuring that the AIM ball bearings will function to perfection in future.

Herbert Mailinger who hosted the workshop, provided the AIM team with a varied and powerful programme based on his development principles and tailored precisely to their needs. It was taken up with enormous interest and commitment by the employees. The company and its future were the subjects of a relaxed discussion round promoting the powerful “US feeling” of the entire team. The main focuses of discussion were team-working, including the position the employees take on their company, visions for the future, improvement potential and working through the USP - the AIM unique selling proposition. The hard and effective efforts made in this workshop reached a great climax at the end of the event with a big motivation boost for the entire team. This was the preparation of a superb end-of-event dinner with everyone lending a hand. And of course, home cooking after hard work always tastes best.
